A 325-bed regional hospital in an Upper Midwest riverfront metro of 140K is seeking a Palliative System Medical Director. Split your time between inpatient clinical work and developing the Palliative program. The location offers a blend of urban amenities and natural beauty with an affordable cost of living and excellent schools. The airport, just 15 miles away, has direct flights to Chicago, the Twin Cities, and Detroit. Palliative fellowship and experience in Palliative Care/Hospice required. Inpatient coverage focused on complex ICU care (ICUs: General Medical/MedSurg, Cardio, Neuro). Monday Friday, occasional weekend coverage. Hospice call coverage 1:6 (call only).
