Job Description

Position Details:
  • Join an independent, physician-led organization as it opens a brand-new Family Medicine clinic next year
  • Rare opportunity to help shape a practice from the ground up
  • Outpatient only with no call responsibilities, allowing you to fully disconnect and enjoy your time away from work
  • See as few as 14 patients per day, creating the time needed to build meaningful patient relationships and focus on quality over volume
  • Optional ER and/or Hospitalist shifts available for those interested in maintaining a broader scope of practice
  • Opportunity to help teach and mentor with a Family Medicine Residency Program launching in 2028

    Compensation Details:
  • Hospital-employed position with a salary guarantee and incentive structure exceeding $350,000 annually
  • $100,000 sign-on bonus plus a comprehensive benefits package
  • Unique 6-month paid sabbatical every 10 years of employment
  • PSLF-eligible employer
