Job Description

An independent Critical Access Hospital is seeking a Hospitalist to join a collaborative team focused on high-quality patient care, with modern facilities, advanced technology, and 24/7 specialist backup, ideal support for physicians building their career. Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with Pediatrics physicians encouraged to apply. Located between Madison and Minneapolis, this opportunity offers a true 7-on/7-off schedule and a quality lifestyle from day one.

Opportunity Highlights:
  • Daytime 7:00 am-7:00 pm shifts on a 7-on/7-off schedule, with extended time off to travel or recharge
  • Moderate inpatient volume, averaging 11 patients, ideal for building confidence and experience
  • EICU with 24/7 specialist access through University of Wisconsin
  • Onsite Lab, X-Ray, CT, Respiratory Therapy, EKG, Ultrasound, MRI, and DEXA
  • No requirement for intubations, central lines, or codes

    Compensation Details:
  • Guaranteed ongoing salary up to $378,000, plus additional incentives
  • Negotiable sign-on bonus, $10,000 relocation, $10,000 CME stipend, and student loan repayment
  • Benefits include 401(k) with 6% match, 457 deferred compensation, malpractice insurance, and full health coverage
