The facility operates as a convenient care clinic delivering clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages. The clinic maintains full support staff and established clinical workflows to support consistent and coordinated care delivery. The facility is structured to accommodate locum tenens coverage on an ongoing basis.

Clinicians will provide clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages on a day shift basis, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The expected caseload is 15-20 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across all age groups. Full support staff is available on-site to assist with daily clinical operations. No call coverage is required for this assignment, and prescriptive authority is required.
