| Fort Lauderdale, Florida- Gastroenterology *Employed practice opportunities supported by hospital system includes lease, overhead, staff expenses, etc. Full benefits include paid time off, health, dental, life insurance, retirement options, CME with stipend. 1st year guaranteed salary with WRVU incentives. 2nd year and moving forward, all compensation is based on WRVU productivity. Salary ranges are estimated, based on fair market value. All to be further discussed. Share call with 2 established Gastroenterologists. Build a traditional office based practice. Also perform hospital procedures, Colonoscopy, endoscopies, sigmoids, etc. No ERCP or EUS required. ER call 1:3. Average starting salary range, $350,000 and higher. TBD.
