Dates of Coverage: December 25 - January 1, ongoing coverage needed in 2027
Details/Requirements for Assignment #117359:
--Must have an active Indiana license and CSR and DEA to be considered
--Temp privs available
--Board Certification required
--24 hour call coverage with rounding, 1-2 hours, each morning
--Inpatient setting, with transfers and consults. PA takes first call
--Busy facility
--ERCP/EUS is required
--Level 2 Trauma
