The Practice:

Gastroenterology has its own dedicated ASC to streamline care and efficiently run with multiple rooms
Become a partner in the practice from day one with no buy-in
Current physician is earning more than $1.3M - Only one hospital
Additional incentives: Sign-on, profit sharing, residency stipend, relocation support, CME, Full health benefits package + 401K, and Malpractice insurance provided
