Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, Maine is seeking a board-eligible/board-certified General Gastroenterologist to join our growing, high-performing gastroenterology team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is passionate about delivering patient-centered care while enjoying the support of an experienced, collaborative team in a thriving regional referral center.
J-1 waiver sponsorship is available, with a supported pathway to permanent residency (Green Card) through experienced immigration counsel.
Position Highlights:
- Comprehensive general gastroenterology practice with a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care
- Join a collegial team of gastroenterologists, advanced practice providers, and highly skilled nursing and support staff
- Strong referral network and large service area that provide a diverse and robust patient population
- Advanced endoscopy services, including ERCP and EUS, available within the practice
- Well-established infrastructure and administrative support allowing physicians to focus on clinical excellence
Compensation Information:
- $610,000 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity and quality incentives.
