Gastroenterology Locums Job in Michigan | Onsite + Call | Sporadic Coverage | Assignment #116096
Coverage Details
-- Building a pool of physicians to help with sporadic coverage
-- Coverage for two locations
Shift Details
-- Inpatient coverage Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) with Night Call (5pm-8am)
-- Call coverage is 3 nights in 7 days
-- Weekend 24-hour call may be utilized as needed
-- Weekend in-hospital expectations from approximately 8 or 9am – 5pm
Requirements
-- Board Certified
-- Licensed in Michigan required
-- Minimum 3 years of experience
Required Procedures / Skills
-- ERCP
Assignment Details
-- Inpatient volume 20–30 patients per day, up to 40
-- MD handles approximately 2–10 procedures per day
-- 3 APPs rounding at each hospital (6 total)
-- Dedicated anesthesia support provided
-- Locum provider will cover call at both facilities but work at one location at a time
-- Privileges required at both both locations
