- Launch a new GI service line and shape the program and referral base from day one
- Employed model with no partnership buy-in and no existing patient backlog to inherit
- On-site endoscopy center and on-site CT surgical backup available
- Manageable census of 15 - 25 patients per day with 4 mid-level providers on staff
- ERCP and EUS skills are a plus, not a requirement
- Telemedicine-friendly with a flexible practice footprint across Michigan
