Seeking BE/BC Gastroenterologist for a full-time employed role embedded in a rural community in Michigan's Thumb region.
Practice and Schedule
Balance office-based GI care with diagnostic and therapeutic colonoscopy and upper endoscopy.
Manage inflammatory bowel disease, IBS, celiac disease and severe reflux.
Evaluate liver disease and pancreaticobiliary disorders; support community colorectal-cancer screening.
Coordinate referrals with local primary care clinicians and transfer complex cases to a tertiary specialty team.
Develop a local GI presence supported by a larger health system's administrative infrastructure, peer network and unified Epic EHR.
