Job Description

Mercy, a top-tier health system in Missouri is seeking a gastroenterologist to join their collegial team in Washington, Missouri.

Mercy Hospital Washington is a 120 bed, Level III Trauma Center located only 40 minutes from St Louis.


Position:
  • Join an established practice with mentorship available
  • Outpatient Role: as few as 3 days of clinic per month once established - "I've never had to go find patients, I have always been as full as I want to be." - Current GI
  • Efficient staff with averages of 12-16 scopes per day
  • EMR-EPIC and AI Scribe
  • Little to no turnover regarding support staff
  • Physician-led organization - "This is the most physician friendly environment I have ever worked in" - ICU Physician
  • H1B Visa sponsorship available

    Compensation:
  • Sign-on bonus of $100,000
  • Student loan repayment
  • Relocation assistance
  • Outpatient initial package over $910,000
