- 24-hour call shifts -- 5 to 11 shifts per month
- 7 am - 7 am shift hours with beeper call -- 30-min response
- 0 - 6 patients per shift; 0 - 3 patients seen per 24 hours
- Inpatient call-only coverage -- rounding on assigned patients
- Upper and lower GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, and liver biopsy required
- PEG, esophageal dilatation, and Sengstaken/Blakemore tube required
- Small bowel biopsy and esophageal manometry interpretation required
- Leave coverage
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
