Gastroenterologist needed for a rare combination of high earning potential, an extremely manageable schedule, and true flexibility. With just 120 24-hour shifts per year at 1.0 FTE, this opportunity gives you the ability to earn exceptionally well without giving up your time off. Add in a $250K retention incentive and the option for a two-home-base lifestyle, giving you more freedom without sacrificing earning potential.120 24-hour shifts per year considered a 1.0 FTE, designed for exceptional work-life balance and the option to pick-up additional shifts . Strong inpatient APP support with daily rounding, patient management, and care coordination. ERCP required; EUS preferred. $250,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details). In-house 24-hour call as needed. Primarily inpatient-focused with a limited number of outpatient procedures based on department needs. Epic EMR.
