First year earnings potential close to $500K, 2nd year between $500K - $700K +
Sign-on Bonus of up to $100K (spread out over 4 - 5 years)
Loan Repayment of up to $100K (spread out over 4 - 5 years)
1:4 Practice Call
ERCP is a plus but NOT required
