Job Description
A new opportunity exists in suburban Dallas for an experienced Gastroenterologist. This position offers the ability to lead a new practice and build a team as the Clinical Director. This is a 100% outpatient position with excellent earnings. The lead physician will need to have at least 10 year of experience and A+ clinical training. This role will also offer a material equity stake in the practice. Team members for this need to have at least 2-3 years post fellowship experience.This employer is looking for a "founding physician" to grow this new practice location in Dallas, as well as two more physicians to join the group. You will have the resources necessary to help build a new practice and ASC . You will be guaranteed to earn $570K in year 1. Signing bonus of $120,000 paid within 30 days of signing an employment agreement. 25 days PTO/5 days CME per year. Free health, dental, vision, & disability benefits for physician and their family.
