Practice Gastroenterology in a thriving hospital, and live on a lake along with a schedule few physicians ever find, 14 days on, followed by 14 days completely off.
Join an independent, physician-focused health system where you'll combine endoscopy, clinic, and hospital coverage into one streamlined two-week block, then enjoy the next two weeks entirely away from work.
Practice Highlights:
14-on / 14-off schedule combining clinic, procedures, and inpatient coverage
Brand-new endoscopy suites with EUS and ERCP capabilities
Dedicated NP/PA supporting each Gastroenterologist
Independent Level III Trauma Center with a 100+ provider multispecialty medical group
Compensation & Benefits:
$705,000+ guaranteed base salary
Additional wRVU and quality incentives
Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus
$200,000+ student loan repayment
$2,000/month fellowship stipend
