Job Description

Earn more, own part of your practice and live where others vacation. A respected, physician-owned group affiliated with Confluence Health is looking for a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join its busy, established GI program.

The Position:
  • 4 or 5 day work week, about 70% procedures and 30% clinic
  • Full schedule from day one with immediate patient demand
  • Call 1:8, with no admissions and strong hospitalist support
  • Join 8 GIs and 6 APPs with advanced GI, hepatology and motility backup

    Compensation & Benefits:
  • $667,800 guaranteed Year 1: $620K base, $40K sign-on and $7.8K stipend
  • RVU bonus on top: keep 85% of production above your base
  • Partnership track after one year in a physician-owned group
  • Up to 11 weeks PTO, 401(k) 5% match, malpractice, $10K CME and relocation
