- Mon - Sun, 8 am - 5 pm with overnight call 5 pm - 8 am
- 13 - 14 patients per shift -- inpatient rounding with admissions
- Inpatient gastroenterology hospital coverage
- 15-minute call response time -- 1:3 call ratio, no 24-hour call shifts
- Upper GI endoscopy, ERCP, EUS, colonoscopy, liver biopsy required
- PEG, esophageal dilation, small bowel biopsy, Blakemore tube required
- Ongoing coverage potential
