-- Coverage needed across three locations
Shift Details
-- Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-2:00 PM
-- Outpatient setting
Required Procedures / Skills
-- MAT intakes
-- Dose adjustments
-- Annual physicals
Assignment Details
-- Patient volume: 8-15 patients per day
-- Patient population: Ages 18-90
-- Patients seen: Both new and existing
-- EMR: SMART
-- Support staff available
-- Provider may work alongside an MD on some dates
-- Methadone, Buprenorphine, LAIB, and Long acting Naltrexone administered onsite
-- No case load, appointments scheduled on need
-- Experience accepted in lieu of fellowship
