Medical Expert, Mandarin Chinese - Remote AI Training Project (Part-Time)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will work in realistic digital workspaces, with documents, spreadsheets, email, chat and industry tools, to create and review the kinds of tasks you handle in your own job.

• Building workspaces: reviewing files, memos and records a real team would have for a project or case
• Writing tasks: drafting realistic requests in your language that a colleague or client might send, grounded in local practice, regulations and terminology
• Defining what good looks like: writing clear grading criteria and checking whether an AI agent's work would meet your professional standard
• Reviewing AI work: going through an agent's step-by-step work, spotting mistakes such as wrong calculations, missed details or incorrect local rules, and correcting them

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in clinical practice
• Native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in mainland China
• Holds the PRC Medical Practitioner Qualification Certificate, familiar with Chinese clinical guidelines and hospital practice

PROJECT DETAILS

• Remote, approximately 21 hours per week, paid hourly
• Pilot running October 23 to November 19

CONTRACT AND PAYMENT TERMS

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor
• Fully remote, completed on your own schedule
• Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance
• Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution
• Payments are weekly via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered
• We are unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time
