Are you an experienced gynecologist interested in focusing more of your practice on menopause, midlife women’s health, and office-based gynecology?
We are an established, physician-owned gynecology and women’s health practice in Middleboro, Massachusetts, seeking a gynecologist to join our growing practice. This is an opportunity to practice in an independent, patient-focused setting with professional autonomy, excellent support, and an unusually attractive work/life balance.
Our practice has a strong interest in menopause and midlife women’s health, and we would particularly welcome a physician who is already experienced in this area or would like to make it a larger part of the next stage of her career. Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) certification is highly valued but not required; we would also welcome a physician interested in developing deeper expertise and obtaining certification.
The practice

Office-based gynecology with an established and appreciative patient population

Significant opportunity to provide menopause and midlife women’s health care

In-office hysteroscopy, colposcopy, and endometrial ablation

Outpatient care only, with no night or weekend call

Option for a four-day work week

Dedicated, experienced clinical and administrative staff

Thriving practice currently booked more than three months in advance

Physician-owned and independent—not part of a hospital system or corporate medical group

Option to obtain hospital privileges and perform major gynecologic surgery, if desired

Compensation and benefits

Competitive compensation package with total compensation of $250,000 to $325,000, depending on experience

Qualifications

Board-certified or board-eligible gynecologist

At least three years of clinical experience preferred

Experience with office hysteroscopy and colposcopy

Strong interest or expertise in menopause and midlife women’s health

Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) credential preferred but not required
