Hand Surgery Locums Job in Colorado | 24 Hour Call Coverage | Beginning October 1, 2026 - Ongoing | Assignment #117225

Coverage Details
-- October 1 (7a) – October 5 (7a)
-- October 8 (7a) – October 9 (7a)
-- October 12 (7a) – October 26 (7a)
-- Additional dates to be released as schedules are made
-- Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days standard; emergency privileges available in 1-2 weeks with a clean file

Shift Details
-- 24 hour call coverage (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
-- All shifts end the following morning at 7:00 AM
-- Weekend coverage required

Requirements
-- Board Certified Hand Surgery
-- Fellowship in Hand Surgery
-- Active Colorado license or active IMLC
-- Active DEA - highly preferred (must have DEA that can transfer for early October dates)
-- Clean malpractice and background history
-- Local/drive in candidate - highly preferred

Required Procedures / Skills
-- Cover emergency department and transfer center calls related to hand injuries

Assignment Details
-- Trauma Level I facility
-- Setting: Inpatient, Emergency Room, Call
-- Patient population: Adult, Geriatric
-- Admissions: 5
-- Facility does not perform reimplantation procedures
-- EMR: Epic
