- 36 patient care hours/week + 4 hours admin -- four 10-hour days
- 20 patients per day
- 95% outpatient -- inpatient & outpatient setting
- Adult patients only
- No procedures required
- Call 1:4 -- every 4th day and 4th weekend
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
