Job Description
A forward-thinking, financially sound healthcare system in central Illinois is adding another Medical Oncologist/Hematologist. You will walk into an established patient base and in-house referrals offering an exciting practice opportunity from day one!
Opportunity Details:
- Join 2 Med/Onc and 1 NP
- Nurse Practitioner covers inpatient consults
- Work out of one location
- Radiation Oncology on-site
- Primarily outpatient - Phone call only 1:3
- Large built-in referral base and over 200 providers on staff
Compensation and Benefits:
- $625,000 salary
- $75,000 sign-on bonus
- $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
- 33 days PTO
- CME - 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
