Locum Hematology/Oncology Position - Greensboro, NC area
Job Description
Hospital is seeking Locum Hematology/Oncology physician to provide coverage
- Clinic Shift Times: 8A – 5P (Tuesday or Wednesday – Friday)
- $500/hr
- Will need to take Infrequent Call & some Weekend Call shifts
- Job Requirements: Ambulatory Hem/Onc Clinic – follow up and see new patients, write orders & prescriptions, communicate with the pharmacy
- Focus on benign hematology
- Bread and Butter Hem/Onc
- # of patients per day: Hematology patients, not oncology (minimum 15 patients)
- Inpatient Facility
- Support staff: Nurses, Navigator, Admin Support, Pharmacy, 1 – 2 physicians, APPs, Infusion Specialist
- EMR: EPIC
- Board Certification: Hematology and/or Oncology (Provider only need to be boarded in one or the other, double boarded is preferred)
- Required: NC license, DEA, BLS, at least 2 – 3 years’ experience
