Job Description
Role supporting multiple community sites and center leads
Located at large cancer center within system's main hospital
Up to 70% clinical, seeing patients 28 hours/week including inpatient consults and minimal call
Very flexible regarding clinical interests of the incoming director
*Staff positions also available for those with interest in malignant hem, solid tumor (can be 100% Oncology), or GU
Not an academic position w/ dedicated research time, but mentorship for Hem/Onc Fellowship program
Position offers guaranteed salary model with additional leadership stipend
200K+ Recruitment Loan upon start date
Qualifications:
Prefer 3+ years leadership experience within sizable program
Can support H1B visa
Unable to support J1 or 01 visa
Living in Pennsylvania:
Low cost of living, great school districts and easy access to larger cities
Proximity to New York City, Philadelphia and Harrisburg
