Job Description

Join a respected, award-winning critical access hospital that is seeking an experienced Hematology/Oncology physician to help continue building an established and highly regarded Oncology program.

Practice Details:
  • Join an established Hematology/Oncology program with more than 20 years of success
  • Outpatient-only practice with no call responsibilities
  • Manageable patient volume of approximately 14 patients per day
  • Flexible scheduling options, including the possibility of traveling in from Minneapolis
  • Work alongside an outstanding support team, including 3 certified Oncology RNs who bring a combined 75+ years of experience
  • Infusion Department recognized with the Press Ganey Guardians of Excellence Award for 3 consecutive years
  • Practice within an independent organization where physicians have a meaningful voice in day-to-day operations and decision-making

  • Hospital employed position with a $700,000+ salary guarantee
