Job Description

Step into an established community Oncology program and become the organization's dedicated Hematologist/Oncologist.

Practice Details:
  • Solo Hematology/Oncology practice with an established foundation, including existing patient demand and a program that has served the community for more than 20 years
  • Make the practice your own with the autonomy to shape your schedule, patient volumes, and approach to care within an independent, provider-focused organization
  • Choose the schedule that fits your lifestyle, with full-time or part-time options and the flexibility to practice 2, 3, or 4 days per week
  • 100% outpatient practice with no call and manageable daily patient volumes
  • Practice alongside 3 certified Oncology RNs with 75+ years of combined experience, providing established clinical support from day one

    Compensation & Benefits:
  • $700,000+ guaranteed compensation for a full-time schedule, providing financial stability as you transition into the established practice
  • $150,000 sign-on incentive plus a comprehensive benefits package and significant PSLF-eligible student loan repayment opportunities
