Hospitalist Opportunities - Located 60 Miles Northeast of Birmingham, AL!!
Medical Center, is looking for (2) Hospitalists to join their team of six full-time Hospitalists. Will consider either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Hospitalists.
Team currently consists of six full-time physicians and two mid-level providers. They want to increase their team to eight physicians. Our staffing program consists of the following: Three physicians, 7 on and 7 off, then the other three physicians would be 7 on and 7 off. In addition, they have two full-time nurse practitioners who work evenings and take first call which results in very few calls to the physicians. They also utilize another primary care physician in the community who works every Thursday evening, stays in-house, and then she covers at least one weekend a month staying in-house at night.
Typically, their physicians are having encounters at approximately 15 per day.
