Nocturnists Needed in Birmingham, Alabama!!
- 12 shifts per month, you pick your shifts three months in advance
- Base of $269,000
- $15,000/ year quality bonus paid quarterly
- wRVU bonus of approximately $18,000 – $20,000 per year depending on workload
- see 9 – 12 patients per night.
- No procedures.
- Large hospital employed group with no retention problems, 37 Hospitalists and Nocturnists
- Full hospital benefits through our parent company
- CME: $2,500 per year
- Dues & Subscriptions: Up to $2,000 annually
- Overhead & Malpractice: Provided by Health System
