- 7 am - 7 pm and 7 pm - 7 am shifts available
- Census of 100 - 130 patients per day
- 10 - 15 admits per night -- sometimes up to 20
- Split among nocturnists and APPs
- APPs handle cross coverage -- nocturnist manages admissions or ICU
- Closed ICU
- Lines and intubation preferred -- no procedures required
- Nocturnist and APP split code and rapid response duties
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
