- Day shifts running 7 am - 7 pm at two hospital locations approximately 8 miles apart
- Manageable census of 18 - 22 patients with APP support
- Closed ICU with 24/7 Intensivist coverage; no procedures required
- Epic EMR used at both hospital locations for seamless care coordination
- Independent, physician-led hospitalist group with local scheduling decisions
- Board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
- Active Florida license required; employed position with transparent bonus structure
