Opportunity Overview
- 7-on, 7-off block schedule model
- Great compensation package with bonus incentive
- No solo clinician coverage required; NPs/PAs hired for this role will work alongside a hospitalist physician
- Closed ICU: 20-bed
- Inpatient background is preferred, but new graduates are also welcome to apply
- Typical responsibilities: submitting orders (pain management), consults for new admissions, and providing cross coverage for calls
- Average admissions on the night shift is between 6-8
