In this role, you will work as-needed, 8 hour shifts with our inpatient hospital medicine team. This role offers a highly flexible schedule and also serves as a great opportunity for a clinician interested in transitioning to a full-time role in the future, should an opening become available.

- Key services include a busy ED, our heart, orthopedic, surgery, rehabilitation, sleep, and birthing centers with specialists trained specifically for these needs; and an extensive mental health program

Position Overview
- PRN (as-needed) schedule with maximum flexibility
- Flexible scheduling: typically 8-hour shift coverage
- Minimum PRN commitment: availability to work at least 3 shifts within a six-month period
- Competitive PRN compensation
- Inpatient clinician experience is strongly preferred
- No solo clinician coverage required
- Coverage may include ICU
- Average admissions: 8 per day
- Average census: 13
- No codes or rapids
- Acute care certification is preferred
