Multiple positions available, day-time shifts available, Leadership potential.
M-F schedule, no set daily schedule (not a 12-hours shift)
LTAC
Must have a Indiana license (or be able to obtain). Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required.
