"Their hospitalist program is rather new (just over a year). Currently they have two FT hospitalists and looking to add two more. The schedule is 7 on/7 off (just days 7am -7PM). Ultimately they would like to have two hospitalists working everyday with staggered shifts. For example: one might work 7am-7pm and while the other works 10am-10pm. Full benefits, paid malpractice etc.
*Compensation varies with experience, obviously location would be here at the hospital and right now they are averaging 10-15/day on their service, which we are hoping to build with the program."
