- Program expanding from 2 to 3 nocturnists at night
- No procedures required; rapids and codes optional if desired
- Closed ICU managed by pulmonology and critical care group; APRN support available
- Hospital-employed with multi-year guaranteed base compensation and extra shift pay
- Open to internal medicine physicians, 2027 residents with stipend or loan forgiveness available
