- Shifts available -- 7 am - 7 pm, 10 am - 10 pm, and 7 pm - 7 am
- Day census: 15 - 18 patients including 2 - 3 admits
- Night shift -- admits only, averaging 6 per shift
- Open ICU setting
- Pulmonologist and intensivist on staff for code support
- Procedures not required
- Adding providers to the pool -- all shifts preferred
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
