- Shifts available -- days (7 am - 7 pm, 7 am - 3 pm) and nights (7 pm - 7 am)
- 10 - 14 shifts per month through end of year
- 25 med/surg patients, 2 ICU; 6 admissions per night
- Hospital setting
- No procedures required -- ER runs codes, hospitalist takes over
- Ongoing coverage -- expanding physician pool
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
