Job Description

A community-based critical access hospital in Nebraska's Sandhills region is growing its medical staff, offering the kind of full-spectrum clinical variety, genuine autonomy, and small-town quality of life that's increasingly hard to find. We are seeking a Hospitalist to join the inpatient provider team in a daytime or Nocturnist role.

Position Highlights
  • 7-on/7-off rotating schedule, with nocturnist shifts prioritized
  • Manage a 23-bed PCU with an average census of 12 patients/day
  • Core procedures required, no ICU on site
  • Real growth opportunity as BBGH builds capability to manage more higher-acuity patients in-house rather than transferring out
