Job Description

A community-based critical access hospital in Nebraska's Western Sandhills region is growing its medical staff. We are seeking a Hospitalist to join the inpatient provider team in a daytime or nocturnist role in a family-friendly community that offers easy access to Colorado, Wyoming and South Dakota.

Position Highlights
  • 7-on/7-off blocked schedule, with nocturnist shifts prioritized at this time as we transition from an E-Hospitalist team
  • Manage a 23-bed PCU with an average census of 12 patients/day
  • Maintain your skills with core procedures required, no ICU on site
  • Real growth opportunity as BBGH builds capability to manage more higher-acuity patients in-house rather than transferring out
