- Night shifts -- 8 pm - 8 am, 7-shift blocks Mon - Sun
- Average 15 patients per day; average 9 admits per night
- Two hospital locations -- must be flexible to work at both
- Closed ICU -- no ICU patient responsibility for locums
- No procedures required
