Hospitalist opportunity in Central Vermont. Join an award-winning community hospital serving central and southern Vermont. Our client is looking for a full-time Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Hospitalist to join our established team of fifteen.Market-adjusted competitive salary and benefit package. Salary is $298,275 with an annual quality incentive up to 14% of base income.. Signing bonus and relocation stipend.. Education loan repayment.. Low Patient Census: Maintain quality of care with an average daily census of 14 patients with seasonal variation.. Balanced Shifts: 10-hour shifts (7:00m-5:00pm for rounding or 11:00am-9:00pm for admitting) totaling 14 shifts per 28-day cycle with 2 weeks of vacation.. No ICU or Procedures: Our ICU is physician-run and closed; you will have no ICU or bedside procedure responsibilities..
