- Two-physician and APP daytime coverage team
- Open ICU with virtual critical care support as backup
- Procedures required; intubation skills essential, additional procedures welcomed
- Patient census of 15 - 18 patients per shift
- Part of a not-for-profit community health network with academic affiliation
- Epic implementation underway following academic medical center partnership
- Visa support available; new graduates with strong inpatient training considered
