Hospitalist needed 60 miles from Oklahoma City, OK!!
Hospital is currently seeking a BE/BC Hospitalist to provide coverage for their 32 bed facility. City is located less than 60 miles from Oklahoma City.
Both new and practicing physicians are encourage to apply, although preferred candidate will be able to start immediately. Family practice physicians will be considered with previous hospitalist experience. All candidates must be US Board Eligible, with Certification preferred.
7 on/ 7 off schedule
24 hours shifts (includes 6 hrs of scheduled inpatient work and call)
Average of nine (9) patient encounters per day
No ICU
Responsible for admits, some procedures and running codes
Area affords the small community a much lower cost of living, while being a short drive to the amenities of a major metro.
