Job Description
Seeking a Hospitalist Physician

--Level II trauma center recognized for its strong clinical teams, modern facilities, and commitment to high-quality care
--Annual base salary of $378,000 (minimum work requirement: 168 twelve-hour shifts per year)
--Eligible for additional pay for extra shifts as well as a premium for night shifts
--Year two: Eligible for quality incentive plan up to 10% annually
--Up to $25,000 signing bonus
--Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance
--Up to $5,000 CME Allowance
