Pennsylvania - Hospitalist
Hospital seeks a BE/BC Hospitalist to join an existing hospitalist, and work with our nursing team to lead the region in quality and patient experience and grow market share.
Candidate should have a strong record in patient satisfaction, relationship management and quality outcomes. Ability to understand and seek to improve patient flow and process improvement, manage costs and reduce re-admissions a must.
Hospital owns a skilled facility connected to the hospital, providing further opportunity to manage continuum of care and improve patient outcomes. Hospital staff includes Orthopedic, Cardiology, Urology, General Surgery, OB-GYN and Pain Management, providing access to specialty consults and care.
