- Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (7am - 7pm)
- 231-bed hospital with a 20-bed open ICU
- Average 12 - 15 patients per day
- 1 - 2 admissions daily
- Minimal ICU volume (0 - 1 admits/day)

- 5 daytime physicians
- Dedicated day APC + swing APC
- Nocturnist coverage overnight
