- Flexible blend of medicine 12-hour shifts (7 am - 7 pm) and pediatric 24-hour shifts
- Average 8 medicine and 3 pediatric shifts per month for med-peds providers
- Additional shifts available for those seeking increased clinical hours
- Semi-open ICU with subspecialty support and regional referral network

- Central Washington community is under 3 hour drive to Seattle or Spokane
